Mrs. Castillo is a professional with extensive experience in strategic planning within the fields of education and marketing. She excels in working under pressure and adapting to multicultural environments. Her proven ability to lead teams through motivation has driven the accomplishment of numerous goals and objectives. Known for her leadership, decision-making skills, and creativity, Mrs. Castillo has served as a teacher at Saint Augustine Preparatory School in Managua since 2013 and at UAM College in Managua since 2016. She was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Ave Maria University Latin American Campus from October 2010 to November 2012 and previously served as Assistant Director of Admissions and Marketing. Currently, she is also an adjunct faculty member at Keiser University.
