He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy, and a Ph.D. in Political Science. He has worked as a researcher in topics related to economic development and integration in various think tanks and regional organizations in Latin America and Europe. He was a SELA Fellow (2010) at Stanford University, an INCASI Fellow (2017) at the Center for Advanced Studies (CEA) of the University of Córdoba (Argentina), and a research fellow at the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Research Group of the Horizon 2020 Project for the European Union.
