Description This course examines the key elements necessary to assess the feasibility of a new venture and its ability to execute its business plan. The course emphasizes critical thinking in planning and creating a new venture strategy. This includes: identifying opportunities; valuing a new venture; knowing how and when to obtain capital from available sources; understanding the basic structures of agreements; recognizing the importance and relevance of cash flows; and, developing the necessary growth strategies.
