In addition to serving as the University Department Chair, Program Director, and Professor of IMC at Keiser University, she has been an independent marketing consultant/planner for two decades, focusing on small businesses and entrepreneurship. Her primary expertise lies in integrated marketing communications, with an M.S. from West Virginia University and a B.S. from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA.
She has had the privilege of collaborating with diverse clients from various sectors, such as professional sports, medical, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and hospitality. She remains a steadfast supporter of small businesses and everything they embody. The advent of technology has paved the way for companies to amplify their reach and capitalize on boundless marketing and communication opportunities. Still, it has also underscored the need for adept marketers who can adeptly leverage IMC to distinguish themselves in a crowded market.
She is passionate about imparting her wealth of knowledge and experiences to others in the academic world, and in 2015, she transitioned into academia as her full-time vocation.
