Dr. Herrera holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in Applied Mathematics. He has worked as a Mathematics professor in areas such as Algebra, Geometry, Mathematics Didactics, Statistics and Probability, Logic and Discrete Mathematics, Calculus, and Mathematical Analysis at various universities. At Keiser University, he has been an instructor for courses in College Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, and Probability, sharing his knowledge in these areas related to mathematical programming. Additionally, he has co-authored mathematics textbooks for secondary and primary education used nationally.
