Professor Hernández has over 16 years of experience in the logistics sector, both nationally and regionally. His career includes solid experience in procurement and supplies, warehouse and inventory management, fleet management, and optimization of distribution systems. He has also successfully led digital transformation initiatives in supply chains, enhancing the efficiency and modernization of national companies.
In the academic realm, he has designed and delivered advanced executive programs in logistics, which include strategic procurement management, warehouse and inventory optimization, efficient fleet management, and the creation of effective distribution models. These courses have been offered at recognized institutions such as Keiser University Latin American Campus, the Catholic University of Nicaragua, UPOLI, APEN Nicaragua-Export Academy, CADIN, Avanza Consultores, and High Logistics in Colombia, significantly contributing to the training and updating of professionals in the field of logistics in Nicaragua, Colombia, and Ecuador.
