General Information.
The Registrar’s Office provides official documents related to your academic record, such as active letters, transcripts, enrollment verifications, and more.
Office Hours.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Document Delivery – San Marcos.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
Document Delivery – Managua.
Mondays & Wednesdays: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Fridays: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
Types of Documents to Request
- Active student letter.
- Graduation letter.
- Unofficial transcript.
- Official transcript.
- Diploma delivery.
How to Request a Document
Send an email to RegistrarsSM@keiseruniversity.edu with the following information.
- Full name.
- Student ID
- Personal identification
- Program
- Purpose (in the case of certificates)
- Delivery preference (San Marcos, Managua, Digital)
Important:
You must be financially clear to receive documents.

- Diploma Delivery
Include proof of payment when applicable.
Delivery Time
- General documents: 24–48 business hours
- Diplomas for students in the Diplomado programs: approximately 3 weeks
- Diplomas for other programs: approximately 2 to 3 months
Costs
- Active student letter: C$91.5 / $2.5
- Graduation letter: No cost first time, then C$91.5 / $2.5
- Unofficial transcrip: No cost
- Official transcript: C$915.5 / $25
- Diploma replacement: C$1,465 / $40.

Diploma Delivery Requirements
- Program must be completed
- Clear with Financial Aid office
- Clear with Bursar’s office
- Admissions file completed
- Graduation requirements completed
- Confirm clearance by sending an email to BursarsSanMarcos@keiseruniversity.eduand FANicaraguaOffice@keiseruniversity.edu, and copy to RegistrarsSM@keiseruniversity.edu with the following information:
- Subject: Request for financial clearance
- Full name
- Student ID
- Program
