Dr. Escobar holds a Doctorate in Interpersonal Intelligence and Ethical Leadership, a master’s in public international law, and a bachelor’s in economics. With an extensive and diverse career, Dr. Escobar is a career diplomat with the rank of Ambassador and over 15 years of experience in diplomacy. He also served as Personal Secretary to the Presidency of the Republic, with the rank of Minister, during the administration of Eng. Enrique Bolaños, and was Director General of Protocol and State Ceremonial. Currently, he is the President of the International Federation of Ethical Leadership and the Rector of the Ibero-American Institute of Studies and Research. Additionally, he is the author of six books on topics such as economics, interpersonal intelligence, leadership, etiquette, and protocol.
