Professor Fernández is a professional with extensive experience in digital project management, business intelligence, and digital transformation. He currently leads a team of 30 professionals at a regional financial institution, where he drives digital transformation initiatives and optimizes product and platform solutions throughout the region. Additionally, he is a doctoral candidate in Business Administration, focusing on creating shared value through Fintech innovation at Grenoble Ecole de Management.
He holds multiple master’s degrees in Big Data and Analytics, Business Intelligence, Technological Innovation, Business Administration, and Microfinance Organization Management, obtained from institutions such as INCAE Business School, EAE Business School, and the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. He has a degree in Agronomic Engineering from the Panamerican Agricultural School.
Professor Fernández has worked in strategic and commercial roles, including business intelligence consultant, commercial manager, and marketing manager at renowned companies in Central America and the Caribbean. As an adjunct professor at Keiser University, he combines academic theory with business practice, teaching courses in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Project Management. He is certified by SCRUM INC in agile methodologies (Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Value Stream Management) and is known for his ability to lead teams and complex projects, ensuring value delivery through innovative methodologies and customer-centric approaches.
