The Bachelor of Arts in Accounting provides unique skills needed in various areas of accounting, such as tax, auditing, management, cost, financial, governmental, and accounting information systems, as well as general business courses. The International Accounting Concentration is geared towards International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), designed to bring consistency to accounting language, practices, and statements, to help businesses and investors to make educated financial analyses and decisions.
